Fill out the contact form located under the Contact tab. Once submitted, we will schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss what is bringing you into counseling, and I will answer any questions you my have. Following our conversation, if we both mutually agree we are a good fit, we will find a day/time to book an appointment. From there, I will send you the electronic paperwork that will need to be completed before our initial session.

The fee for a 50 minute individual session is $150, and a 50 minute couple/family session is $160

I do not. Clients are expected to pay the full amount of their session fee at the end of each session; however, I can give you a superbill, which takes the place of a claim form, after each session. If you wish, you may submit this superbill to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. The amount of reimbursement varies according to your insurance contract. Some insurance carriers will reimburse a percentage of your fee. We recommend that you call your insurance carrier to verify your coverage and reimbursement percentage prior to your 1st session. If you have any further questions we can discuss during our phone consultation.
*Filing a claim is the client’s responsibility & insurance reimbursements are subject to your individual plan and benefits

You don’t have to be in a crisis to benefit from counseling. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or just not like yourself, therapy can help. It’s a space to process emotions, explore patterns, and gain tools for handling life’s challenges with more clarity and confidence. Many people come to therapy not because something is “wrong”, but because they want something to feel better. Therapy can be beneficial for anyone.

Scheduling is simple. You can request an appointment directly through my contact form. I”ll follow up to coordinate a time that works for you. I offer bother in-person and virtual sessions. We also can schedule your next appointment at the end of each session.

It depends on your goals, needs, and life circumstances. Some clients find clarity or relief in just a few sessions, while others prefer ongoing support over months. We’ll work together to find the right pace and plan for you. I will say that you will benefit the most the more consistently you come whether that is weekly or bi-weekly.

I ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee. Emergencies are exempt at my discretion.

Everything you share in therapy is kept confidential. The only exceptions to this policy are if I become aware if you are suciidal or homicidal, or of any instance of unreported elderly or child abuse.
